There are mainly three Keys to unlock your inner potential:

    To focus on what is truly important to you, what serves you in the long run, will make room for the new to emerge, to enter your life.

  2. Experience yourself in full human expression
    To feel all of you, not just our mind or our head, to be in the body. Easier said than done, but stillness, nature, learning from our pets are all great tools for experiencing ourselves, our full body and not just parts of it.

  3. The present moment,
    To be instead of to do, but it is not about cease to do, it is all about doing, but consciously. and from the present moment. Meditation, Yoga, TaiChi, QiGong, all great practices for bringing us into the now.
